Pet Rules Reminder

This is a general reminder of the Pet Rules and Regulation as stated in Article II Section 2.5.

1. Leashes: No animal may be allowed to run at large.
2. Dog Walk and Pooper Scooper: Pets must only use designated areas to relieve themselves. Owner is responsible for the removal of pet’s wastes from the property.

Note: The Board of Directors may levy a fine against a Unit and its Owner each time the rules and regulations are not adhered to.
