As the Managing Agent for The Homeplace at the Columns Homeowner’s Association, Inc., we are pleased to announce that the Virtual Annual Election Meeting has been scheduled for Thursday, February 23, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to elect three (3) Class A Members to the Board of Directors and discuss normal business of the Association.
You may now vote electronically, by voting on the Association website, or by email. An electronic vote counts for quorum which is required to hold and election/meeting. You may also submit your vote by fax or US mail. Please be sure to return your ballot by the deadline below for your vote and/or proxy to be counted. Enclosed in this packet you will find the Draft Agenda, Proxy, and Ballot.
If you fax or mail your ballot and assign your proxy for quorum and/or voting, be sure your proxy holder follows the instructions on the proxy/ballot for it to be counted. *Ballot and/or Proxy must be returned no later than 12:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 22, 2023, for it to be counted*.
There are four (4) ways to vote and/or return your proxy: If you vote electronically, a proxy is not needed.
